BAPS Charities had partnered with the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation and myself to promote and deliver a 10 week programme, ‘Wellbeing for You’ which encouraged physical activity and a healthy lifestyle for the local community. The aim was to empower them to take ownership of their own health

Shape Up with Spurs

This is a 10-week weight management programme incorporated nutrition workshops and physical activity sessions. The workshops focused on healthy eating, portion sizes, label reading and cooking. Exercise and multi-sports sessions will explain and promote the importance of being active, while there will be on-going support to continue being physically active and managing weight and health risks.
